The Strategic Plan spells out the vision (what we strive to become) established by the board and Superintendent Blocker as well as our mission (why we exist as an organization.)

Business Plans
District departments set ambitious targets for improving district performance on measureable objectives related to each of the five goals. The strategies and initiatives developed by these departments to meet or exceed their targets are listed in the department’s business plan. The business plans include 3-year objectives and therefore provide a long-range view of what OCPS will do to meet the five goals.
District Scorecard
The final component of the OCPS Strategic Plan is the District Scorecard. This Webpage lists the five goals and selected measurable objectives for each goal. Visitors to this page can click on links to current data for each objective and the related business plans that show what district departments are doing to improve district performance relative to each objective and goal.
